We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.
What you’ll do:
- Welcome customers and assess their vehicle maintenance and repair needs
- Recommend and promote after-sales, preventive, and maintenance services
- Provide transparent and professional service advice
- Build and maintain trusted customer relationships
- Estimate maintenance and repair costs, prepare work orders, and ensure proper follow-up
- Perform any other related tasks as required by the Service Director
What we’re looking for:
- Background in automotive mechanics (training in mechanics or automotive parts OR minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive field)
- Comfortable using computer systems
- Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written)
- Valid driver’s license
- Canadian resident
