EXPERIENCED SERVICE ADVISOR

At Thibault Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC in Rouyn-Noranda, we’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor who knows the trade, enjoys customer service, and can effectively bridge the gap between customers and the service department.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Welcome customers and understand their needs
- Open repair orders
- Follow up with technicians
- Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle repairs
- Explain recommended repairs and maintenance
- Provide clear and professional follow-up from start to finish
- Work closely with the service team
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar position
- Strong knowledge of the automotive industry
- Comfortable working with customers
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Autonomous and resourceful
- Team player
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
