We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Parts Clerk to join our dynamic team.
What you’ll do:
- Welcome and assist customers and technicians with parts inquiries
- Identify, order, and invoice parts and accessories
- Manage inventory: receiving, organizing, and tracking stock
- Use electronic catalogs and computer systems
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
- Provide courteous, prompt, and detail-oriented customer service
What we’re looking for:
- Background in automotive mechanics (training in mechanics or automotive parts OR minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive field)
- Comfortable using computer systems
- Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written)
- Valid driver’s license
- Canadian resident
