What you’ll do:
Payroll (50%)
- Perform the complete weekly payroll cycle: data entry, validation, payment issuance, file updates, and bank tracking (vacation, leave, worked hours)
- Produce annual documents (T4, RL-1), records of employment, and answer employee inquiries
- Ensure compliance with payroll standards and obligations (CNESST, CRA, Revenu Québec,
QPP, QPIP) - Validate complex reports (earnings registers, deductions, and withholdings)
Accounting (50%)
- Maintain books for various accounting cycles
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Prepare tax reports

- DEP or DEC in Administration, Accounting, or related field
